Historic Heritage

Part of TACPLACI's role is the promotion of the historical heritage of the area.

The Clarence Plains/naniyilipata Historic Trail was developed following a grant from the Tasmania Community Fund and opened May 2023.

The Trail replaces the Old Rokeby Historic Trail, made possible through a Federation Community Project Grant and opened in 2001.

The Clarence Plains/naniyilipata Historic Trail starts at St Matthew's Church in North Parade, Robeby and follows a very pleasant route past places of historical significance.
